SHIPPING POLICY
Effective October 17, 2026
This policy applies to orders placed with SaltCtyRacingFPV, LLC, doing business as weBLEEDfpv.
- Processing, Carriers and Shipping Rates
Most orders ship from Syracuse, New York. Some drop-ship orders ship from San Diego, California. We use USPS and UPS for most shipments. Available services depend on the products, destination and carrier restrictions. USPS Priority Mail Express is not offered.
Allow at least one business day for processing. Same-day shipment is not guaranteed. Carrier transit time is separate from processing time.
Shipping rates and available services appear at checkout. If a shipping rate or service requires correction, we will contact you before proceeding. Additional charges require your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order on agreed shipping terms, we will cancel it and void the payment authorization or refund the payment collected.
- Delivery Estimates and Tracking
Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific carrier guarantee applies. Carrier guarantees are subject to their current terms and exclusions. Contact us about any potentially eligible shipping-charge refund.
Weather, holidays, customs and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. International postal handoffs may cause limited or interrupted tracking. Check your account’s order history for shipping status and available tracking links.
If we cannot ship within a promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide the delay, cancellation and refund options required by law.
- Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, reshipment arrangements and additional shipping charges will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch. Refund or replacement eligibility will be assessed according to the shipment circumstances, applicable policies and law.
We do not ship to hotels or freight-forwarding addresses. PO Box shipments are reviewed individually and may be declined. Orders declined under these restrictions will be canceled, with payment authorizations voided or collected payments refunded.
- Delayed, Missing or Damaged Packages
Contact us promptly with your order number and tracking details if a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged or incomplete. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery address and safe delivery locations, contact the carrier and let us know.
Keep the packaging, shipping label and contents for damaged or incomplete shipments. Photos or a carrier inspection may be required.
We will review the shipment and advise on the appropriate carrier or shipping-insurance claim process. Please cooperate with information requests so applicable filing deadlines can be met. Claims depend on coverage, evidence and the relevant carrier or insurer’s rules; payment is not guaranteed.
Filing a claim does not, by itself, confirm approval of a refund or replacement. Eligibility depends on the shipment circumstances, applicable policies and law. A claim does not replace any remedy legally owed to you.
- Returned-to-Sender Packages
Returned shipments are reviewed after receipt and inspection. A return-to-sender tracking status does not necessarily mean we have received the package.
For incorrect-address returns, we will confirm the corrected address, reshipment arrangements and additional charges before dispatch. Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable shipments are assessed according to their circumstances and applicable law.
- International Shipping, Duties and Taxes
Available international shipping services and rates are displayed at checkout. If no shipping option is available for your destination or order, contact SaltCtyRacingFPV@gmail.com before placing an order.
Unless expressly identified as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), or the relevant duties and taxes are shown as prepaid at checkout, international shipping is Delivered at Place (DAP). For DAP shipments, shipping charges cover transportation; import charges are separate.
Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, VAT/GST, taxes, brokerage, customs-clearance and other destination-country or carrier charges that have not been prepaid. Check your country’s import requirements and product restrictions before ordering.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned or returned because import charges were not paid, original shipping charges are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. After returned merchandise is received and inspected, return shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage and other carrier charges assessed to weBLEEDfpv may be deducted from an eligible merchandise refund where lawful.
Duties and taxes collected for a DDP shipment are handled according to the selected shipping arrangement.
- Returns
Contact us before returning anything. For eligible change-of-mind returns, request authorization within 30 days after delivery; equipment must be new and unopened. Original shipping charges for unwanted products are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Report defective, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect items promptly. Change-of-mind restrictions do not remove remedies required by law. For full terms, product-specific restrictions and refund procedures, see our Refund Policy.
- Payment Disputes and Future Purchases
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, weBLEEDfpv may suspend future purchasing privileges while the matter is reviewed and may decline future orders where permitted by applicable law and payment-provider requirements. Restrictions on new purchases do not end support for an existing order or stop an applicable carrier claim or payment-dispute process. This policy does not waive customers’ legal rights or their right to dispute a payment.
