Charging Adapter

Power Adapter Recommendations

HexaCharger: Use a PD 3.0 adapter with at least 30W output.

HexaCharger Pro: Use a PD 3.0 adapter with 100W output or higher.

Adapter Compatibility & Behavior

  • If the adapter cannot supply the requested charging current, the charger will reduce the current per port to stay within the adapter’s maximum power limit.
  • If the charger detects that the adapter's output is ≤5W (5V/1A), it will charge batteries sequentially by port number, while keeping the other channels off.
  • If charger can only detects the adapter's voltage but not the maximum current, power limit is unknown, *  shown next to voltage. If the input voltage is below 5V, - shown next to voltage. No symbol if the adapter is providing full compatible power.
  • If using a non-PD adapter, wait 5 seconds after powering on for the charger to recognize the protocol before starting to charge.

SaltCtyRacingFPV, LLC dba "weBLEEDfpv.com" offers a (30) day return policy on all new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond (30) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product(s) received have been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered. If the item is in brand new condition but requires to be repackaged, a (15%) restocking fee will be applied. The shipping cost for any unwanted product will not be refunded by SaltCtyRacingFPV "weBLEEDfpv.com" (It is recommended to choose a return shipping method with tracking).

Flight Controller / VTX Warranty Policy
 
At weBLEEDfpv, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, due to the technical nature of flight controllers and VTX's the precision required for installation, our warranty policy for flight controllers is as follows:
 
1. No Warranty Post-Soldering: 
   Once any soldering has been performed on the flight controller / VTX's, we are no longer responsible for replacements, repairs, or refunds. The process of soldering can introduce various factors that may lead to damage, and we are unable to control or verify the conditions in which the soldering was conducted.
   
2. Pre-Soldering Inspection: 
   Before you begin soldering, we recommend carefully inspecting the flight controller  / VTX's for any potential issues. If any defects or issues are found prior to soldering, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
 
3. User Responsibility: 
   Soldering requires skill and experience, and improper techniques may result in damage to the flight controller, including but not limited to overheating or lifting solder pads. Please ensure you are confident in your soldering abilities before proceeding, as we cannot be held liable for any damages caused during installation.
 
4. Final Sale: 
   All flight controller sales are final once the product has been modified or soldered. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on used or modified products.
